This modern country-themed condo with a private balcony will make you feel like your in the heart of Tennessee!
We have stocked the condo with 4k ultra HD smart TVs, a 65" curved one in the living room, and a 43" in the master bedroom. Log In with your account and enjoy Netflix, Sling, Hulu, Prime Video, CH+, Vudu, and Youtube. Cable and WiFi are provided. You will have six pool passes that must be worn by each guest who plans to use the pool or hot tub amenities.
This condo has twin bunk beds in the hall, a hall bathroom, a queen pull-out couch, a dining table with two chairs and a bench, and a fully stocked kitchen with three barstools. The living room has a gas fireplace so enjoy a cold day cuddled near the warmth. In the master bedroom, there is a king bed, two nightstands, a mirror dresser, a walk-in closet, and a private master bathroom. The master bath has double sinks, a glass shower, and a jetted jacuzzi!
This charming mountain retreat is located on the main parkway in Pigeon Forge. Your condo is within walking distance of many shows and restaurants. While at your stay, you are only minutes from Dollywood, Splash Country, Dixie Stampede, The Titanic, WonderWorks, Hatfield McCoy, Beyond the Lens, Smoky Mountain Opry, Country Tonite, Hollywood Wax Museum, Hard Rock Café, Gatlinburg, and all the fun that Pigeon Forge and The Smokies have to offer.
The property has a large grassy park-like area and playground equipment for your enjoyment. As well as tetherball, volleyball, horseshoes, a basketball court, and shuffleboard.Guests may also enjoy our two pools (one is outdoors and plans to be seasonally heatedApril through October and maybe more prolonged weather permitting), with a mushroom fountain and shallow area for the kids. Indoors there is a pool heated year-round, and a 17 person jetted hot tub too.
There are many outside grills as well as picnic areas. Be sure to check out our newest amenity, a quarter-mile walking trail on our 5 acres of green space. You will love the park-like setting, and your kids will love the freedom to roam.
We use a cleaning company that provides the needed amount of rags, towels, hand towels, and kitchen towels. There will be dishwasher detergent, a bathroom shower mat for stepping out of the tub, hand soap, dish soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. If you need more rags or towels, there is a washer and dryer in this unit. These are travel-sized amenities, so think hotel.

Fishermen may want to bring their boat and take the family to the beautifulDouglas Dam Headwaters Campground and Park. It has a ramp, swimming beach, and day-use dock on one of Tennessee's finest bass fishing lakes, host of the Bass Master's Elite tournament, and complete with abeach for family swimming fun.
The Pigeon Forge area is home to dozens of fun-filled attractions. The many local theaters have a wide variety of music and shows. There are five major outlet malls with over one million square feet of shopping and over 500 restaurants, from fast food to fine dining.
If you would like to stroll gift shops and eateries, ice skate, ski, bungee jump, ride an alpine slide or aerial tramway, play putt-putt, visit a black bear habitat, see the holiday light display, or even skydive indoors, phew … Gatlinburg is only seven miles away! Why stop there? The Smoky Mountains and Appalachian Trail make for a beautiful drive starting at the edge of Gatlinburg. The Cherokee, NC casino is also only a short and beautiful drive through the Smokies.

As an added benefit, all guests can access the Pigeon Forge Community Center nearby for a small daily fee of only $6. It has an indoor pool, basketball, volleyball, racquetball, wallyball, fitness equipment, running track, and bowling.
