Summary: Positives: (1) convenient central location and (2) excellent staff & service. Negatives: (1) we reserved & paid for a superior room with 2 double beds but reception said they didn’t have any available at check in and put us in a standard room with 1 double bed. (2) hot water in shower runs out very quickly. (3) internet in room is very weak & unreliable.
