Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Staff and location were excellent as well as the decor.

Negative: Lift stopped working a few times 4 flights up and ended up trapsing up and down for drinks plus the heating and AC unit (which looks like heating and AC in one, but isn’t as it turns out) was hard to figure out. Clear instructions would have been better. We were a bit cold for a couple of hours which was a bit of a romance killer (counter productive)

Summary: A feast for the eyes, wonderful staff and well presented with an air of sophistication
