Negative: One coffee machine - a long wait Drink cup in dinning - too small Orange juice - taste like cordial One lift - wasn’t working one day No electric kettle not even spare cup Staff - very occupied with their computers Towels - need the replacement Pillows - too flat & only one provided Light in the bathroom too dim Hair dryer - nozzle kept coming off Location - bus time table not accurate & 15 min walk from the train station
