Positive: Location is almost perfect. Atmosphere is a little alt from a conventional hotel which was fun. Rooms were clean if extremely small. Ultimately, a clean hotel with friendly staff in a great location, but small rooms and other factors made this stay a bit less than ideal.

Negative: Front desk did not offer any explanation about the hotel's amenities, even though I asked. No mention of the beer happy hour, morning coffee or the workout room. Parking is a scam at $59/night. We asked in advance for a recommendation on a more affordable option, but they never responded. Giant exterior heating vent was blowing directly outside our 5th floor window 24/7 so had to wear earplugs while sleeping. Rooms are very small, and the bathroom is even smaller. Sadly, no in-room amenities, like a small coffee pot, which is just standard these days, and no in-room cleaning service.

Summary: Great location, but otherwise fell short.
