Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The location was perfect, near the train station and the center. The placement in the middle was very crutial for our short trip. The staff was very kind, responsive and with a knowledge of how to treat the client.They resolve in time an issue that occurred. The decoration was awsome, old fashioned, just like it should be a typical venetian house. I liked it so much and i would definitely go back when i visit Venice. The area near the hotel was very nice and different from the other parts of Venice, with restorant near the canal.

Negative: We could not switch off the central heating, so it was very hot during the night.
