Summary: Very nice hotel, close to Old Town, City Hall Park and the sea. Hotel is near Mircea cel Batrân thoroughfare and easily accessed via CT Bus from Constanta Train Station. Stefan cel Mare pedestrian area with coffee shops, restaurants, etc is just around the corner. Begin your day with a wholesome breakfast prepared fresh on the premises and served in the top floor restaurant. The top floor view of the sea is an added bonus. Very clean room with good size bathroom where one will find plenty of good quality, not dispenser-type, toiletries. If freshly-baked pastries are your pleasure, check out the little bakery located just down the street from the hotel on the opposite side of the road. Placinta dobrogeana is a must!!
