Summary: Check in was at 4pm. I got there at 445. The receptionist said the room wasn't ready and to check back in 30 to 45 min. As I sat and waited 4 more people came to check in and were told the same thing. I was checked in at about 530 with no apology or offer of discount, nothing. When I got in my room, there was a dead bug in the middle of the bathroom. My room was never cleaned in my two days.
