Positive: Excellent stay and outstanding customer service! The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-located. But what amazed us the most was the staff's hospitality. Today, after our check-out, Milan was hit by a brutal +36°C heatwave. When we returned to pick up our luggage before our late flight, the staff kindly allowed us to use the shared shower to freshen up. This is a next-level customer care! Thank you so much for saving our day, we highly recommend this place!
