Positive: We had an excellent stay at Hotel Bambu Kuning in Lampung. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, especially Yuli who waswelcoming, and genuinely helpful. Nothing felt like too much trouble. The room was huge, spotless, and very comfortable. Everything was exceptionally clean and well looked after, which made it easy to relax after a long travel day. What really stood out was how helpful the team were with organising our transport to Krui. They arranged a private car for around one-third of the price others were quoting us, which saved us a lot of money and stress. Another lovely surprise was having tea, coffee, and breakfast delivered straight to our room without even needing to ask. That kind of thoughtful service makes a stay memorable. If you are staying in Lampung and want a clean, comfortable hotel with kind staff who genuinely care, Hotel Bambu Kuning is an easy recommendation. We would happily stay here again.
