Summary: We were all very impressed by the room and amenities. Pictures in the posting did not render it justice. Room is spacious and beds comfortable. We received room service everyday. They changed towels daily for us. Small fridge, AC and a small balcony included. Really great. The elevator is one of a kind and is there for you despite its small size. Breakfast was served generously and was included with the booking (something pretty rare nowadays, especially in Italy). Nice outside area and washroom access. Staff were very nice and helpful. Really recommend it if you're heading to Milan. Thank you everyone!
