TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The reception works 24-hours.
PAYMENT POLICY
- This property charges a 50% security fee to guarantee your booking. Any remaining balance must be paid at check-in by cash (Brazilian currency), credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard or Elo). Taxes included. Should you cancel your reservation within 24 hours of booking, the amount charged will be refunded.
- The charge will be made automatically on the credit card provided at the time of booking. The property reserves the right to cancel the booking if the guest fails to pay or to respond about the charge, or if the credit card used is invalid.
- In case of late cancellation (that is, cancellations with less than 48 hours to check-in) or no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
- Invoices are issued at check-out time. If you want your personal or company information included, please request this precisely at check-out.
NON-REFUNDABLE RATE
- Bookings with the Non-Refundable rate will be charged in full as soon as the booking is confirmed.
- No amount will be refunded, regardless of the cancellation request time.

CANCELATION AND CHANGES
- If you cancel or modify your reservation within the first 24 hours after booking, you won't have to pay anything. No amount is due.
- If you cancel or modify your reservation after the initial 24 hours have passed, you will be responsible for paying 50% of the total reservation amount.
- If you cancel or modify your reservation within 48 hours before the check-in time, you will be responsible for paying the full amount (100%) of the reservation.
- If you request to cancel your reservation during the stay, there will be no refund.
OPERATING HOURS
- Our from desk operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- We kindly ask guests to keep volume low from 10 PM to 8 AM in respect to others.
CHECK-IN, CHECK-OUT AND NO-SHOW
- Guests can check in between 2:00 PM and 11:59 PM. If you plan to arrive after this time, please let us know in advance.
- If a guest does not arrive and check in by 11:59 PM on the first day of their reservation, they will be considered a "no-show." This means the reservation may be canceled, and the full amount (100%) of the reservation will be charged.
USE OF AREAS, SAFETY RULES, AND OTHERS
- Breakfast is NOT included.
- There is no curfew.
- All common areas are monitored by surveillance cameras 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Damages caused to equipment, furniture, and structure will be charged immediately.
- All outlets are 220 volts. We are not responsible for damage to electrical/electronic equipment caused by voltage incompatibility.
- Loss or non-return of the access card will be charged R$ 35 fee per card.
- The air conditioning in shared rooms may have specific time to operate. Please verify with front desk.
- We are not responsible for objects left in rooms or common areas, including food placed in the shared kitchen. Forgotten items will be donated after 30 days.
- For your security, please use the lockers with a personal lock.
