Positive: The view was amazing! The staff was helpful and made sure to complete any special orders We also liked spa zone and tai massage
Negative: The glasses, TV remote, windows and all the corners were dirty It is obvious that the cleaning ladies don't have enough time to clean everything properly, but TV remote, for example, hasn't been clean for ages Spa is opened at 10 am and the bath robes can be changed only after 2 pm, which doesn't make sense as we were already at spa by that time Tap water is not free during the dinner:) that's ridiculous
