Summary:
This two-bedroom, two story duplex has it's own private pool and patio, balcony off of the master bedroom upstairs and a rooftop terrace. 180 degree ocean views make it perfect for whale watching and enjoying beautiful ocean sunsets everyday. The duplex is situated in the heart of our development Vista Encantada, a gated community in Riviera Nayarit, surrounded by jungle with spectacular ocean views. We are located 41 miles north of Puerto Vallarta and about 25 minutes north of Sayulita between La Penita and Chacala, Nayarit.
The Space:
If you are looking for privacy, the duplex is very secluded with a more traditional and rustic feel. The home is equipped with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, two bedrooms with King size bed upstairs and a double bed downstairs and two bathrooms. The living area has a sofa bed for extra space and WIFI,TV and Air Conditioning. The private patio and small pool is perfect for enjoying a swim and the sunset. Enjoy the ocean views from the terrace on the second floor with your morning coffee or sunset drinks. You will enjoy the quiet and peace of the jungle from this private home.

The Neighborhood:
Vista Encantada is a gated community outside of the little town of El Divisadero, Nayarit. Las Cuevitas beach is down the road from us about 1 mile and Chacala beach is just to the north of us, about a 30 minute drive although Chacala Bay can be seen from the property.
Getting Around:
Guests can take a taxi from the airport. If guests desire a car full time, it is best that they rent at the airport as the closest towns are a 15-20 minute drive. There are no restaurants or markets within walking distance of the property.
Other Things to Note:
From the airport in Puerto Vallarta, you will drive north about 50 miles past Sayulita and Guayabitos and La Penita. You turn off the highway to El Divisadero. The road is paved to the town. Keep driving after the town. It will be a dirt road and some cobblestone for 2km until you get to Vista Encantada.
