3 Bedroom House with View, Private Pool and Ocean View

New house (DHH) in Istrian style, partly with natural stone walls, arches, several terraces with great sea views. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, utility room, large living room with a beautiful terrace with barbecue and fantastic sea views. On the west side, at the entrance there is also a large sunny terrace with natural stone slabs. Since the house is built on a slope, the bedrooms are on the lower floor, 2 bedrooms have an exit to a covered terrace, also with wonderful sea views. Via an outside staircase leads to the small garden with swimming pool (6 x 4 m), from there you can also enjoy the beautiful sea views. 'Casa Adriatica' located in a small, quiet complex with 8 Ferienhäusern- and 6 apartments. For shopping you drive about 6 km to Labin, there are several supermarkets, a market (fish, fruit, vegetables, etc.) and many shops.

Summary: The house was wonderful once we found it. Directions are quite ambiguous and roads are not marked. Best to put the address into Google and head to Mali Kosi. Do not let Google take you to Rabac!! The kitchen is fully appointed and a pleasure to cook in. There was no toilet paper or soap upon our arrival. Wonderful sunrises and sunsets off the deck. A great place to hang out but somewhat inconvenient if you want to explore Istria.
