Positive: Great surroundings, lovely hot tub, property is airey and light and well equipped. House martins nesting in the eaves of the house brings nature right to you. If you are looking for a quiet, away from it all location, this is it.

Negative: It's a bit of a drive to any restaurants or pubs so a car is pretty much essential.
