Take the stairs to the 100 feet of pristine, sandy water frontage and private dock or enjoy the professionally designed grounds and over 1200 square feet of covered exterior spaces for entertainment. A clean, contemporary design with high-end finishes and amenities including hickory floors, automatic blinds, built-in sound system, Wolf and Subzero appliances, natural gas grill, outdoor pizza oven, and more. Upon entering the home, you are welcomed with a spacious great room, artisan gas fireplace, and a lakeview that even photos can’t capture. Opening up to the dining room area and top-of-the-line kitchen which is perfect for gathering and cooking. The primary suite, located on the main level, captures the infinity view while lying in bed watching TV or enjoying the gas fireplace. Enjoy the warmth of the primary bath's heated floors, soaking tub, and large walk-in shower with steam and personalized controls. The open, grand staircase takes you to the lower level with tall ceilings, a second gas fireplace, large screen TV, theatre-quality sound system, additional dining area, and a wet bar with beverage cooler and dishwasher – a perfect spot for drinks, snacks, puzzles, and games. The lower level also offers a second primary (lake view) with en-suite, third king bedroom (lake view) and a bunk room that is a kid's dream, lying in bed and drifting off to the constellation wallpaper ceiling.
