Positive: There were a few things that had not been upset. The dirt road has a huge rut when entering parking area. The water smelled really bad like sewage. Other than that the house is perfect for our large family gathering. Everyone was comfortable and had a great time. Im 72 so this was an important trip to be with my children grandchildren and great grandchildren
