Positive: It was quite clean, and the property was furnished with love and attention to detail.
Negative: Unfortunately, I cannot describe the communication with the hosts as pleasant. They never responded to my messages on Booking.com regarding our arrival. During check-out (which at the time was stated on their Booking.com listing as possible until 12:00, and which we relied upon), the host arrived at around 10:40, insisting that we should leave the property immediately. She claimed that check-out was at 10:00 (though we were never informed of this) because new guests were expected to arrive soon. We were very surprised because Booking.com clearly stated that check-out was between 9:25 and 12:00. Therefore, we had planned to leave by 12:00. When we defended ourselves by saying that their listing indicated check-out until 12:00, the host responded irritably, claiming that there was a mistake on Booking.com and did not believe us when we said it was listed that way. To avoid escalating the situation, we hurriedly began packing in a state of stress, not even managing to have breakfast. After we left, we noticed that they changed the check-out time on Booking.com to 10:00, which felt very unfair. Additionally, the property was extremely cold. The hosts did not heat the accommodation before our arrival, and it was freezing. The floor was constantly unbearably cold. The heating was turned off after midnight, making it very uncomfortable to sleep at night. Even during the day, the heating was barely functioning. Another unpleasant issue was that no bed was prepared for our child. The host simply forgot that we would be traveling with a child, even though we had booked the accommodation for three people. It felt as though we were not really expected there. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our stay and cannot recommend this property.
