Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: It was spot on for our cycling weekend. Very spacious and all the amenities you'd expect. Very peaceful location. Given the relative remoteness, the internet was really good. Good heating and hot water. With a car very easy to get to all the popular local places. The owners were very helpful and communicative.
Negative: There was nothing I didn't like. The directions were very good, but we arrived late at night and whilst we found the road to the property, identifying the actual property wasn't straightforward - but I don't always read instructions! The property is quite remote (it's the Grampians, I get that) you a need to car to go anywhere. It wouldn't be safe to walk to Dunkeld along the main road, but perhaps there are footpaths if you have time. This isn't a criticism, just an observation that may be useful for others,
