Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: It is located near a tram stop and only 10 min walk from the centre of town and main train station. The apartment is fitted out reasonably nicely and includes a washing machine.

Negative: We were made to wait after check-in time while it was “cleaned”, which only took 10 minutes once the cleaner finally turned up. When we went inside and had a look around, it was obvious that the “cleaning” was just pulling the duvets back up and repositioning the pillows. The sheets and pillows all had other peoples hair on them. So did the bathroom bench and around the shower. There was dust on the surfaces which showed that they had not been wiped recently. We booked for 4 people (adults and teenagers) but the second “bed” was a small pullout sofa that was only big enough for small children. Also there was no pillows for this bed, only couch cushions. The hand soap dispenser in the bathroom didn’t work. There was less than half a roll of toilet paper. The hot water ran out after 2 showers. We are glad we had only booked for 1 night. This is a fairly nice apartment and could be a nice place to stay if it was managed and cleaned A LOT better than it currently is.
