This home is furnished with one queen and one full size bed and equipped with everything you'll need to enjoy your stay in the wonderful sunshine state. Located in the best neighborhood in New Port Richey, 10 minutes from downtown NPR with many dining and shopping options! Right off US 19 makes it easy to get to all that this beautiful area has to offer; only 30 minutes from TIA!

FYI- Their is a bridge that you must go under from the house to the gulf that can get pretty tight for a boat with a fixed T-Top during high tide. Biminis may need to be down depending on the tide.
