Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 11 people at Hello Sunshine for a week in June. The house is beautiful, was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The kitchen was spacious and allowed room for multiple cooks in the kitchen. The porches gave everyone a space to unwind! The neighborhood pool was clean and right next to the home. It was rarely used so it was like having a private pool. I believe the porches and outside stairs will soon need replacing as they gave a few of use splinters and seemed very worn! I would not recommend this home if you are traveling with elderly family members as the stairs to enter the home are quite steep. Also, the lower suite is not accessible from inside the house making it a little awkward to get the most use from this cool space. But overall a beautiful home in lovely community with plenty of beach!
