Positive: Everything was absolutely perfect! The hotel was spotless, the rooms were modern, comfortable and very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beautiful beaches of Ksamil. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. The attention to detail and hospitality exceeded our expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ksamil.
