Positive: It was in a good location for my needs, it was extremely clean

Negative: It’s clearly a house that someone has lived in and is now being rented out, there are a lot of quite unusual nick nacks and decorations which made it feel a little bit spooky There was a very strong smell of chemicals from the bathroom
