You can rest easy knowing your stay is covered with $1,500 in “All-Risk” Damage Protection. Although rare, accidental damage from guests does happen. Traditionally, this was managed via a security deposit or vacation rental damage insurance purchased by the guest. Both are cumbersome and often have big limitations in protection.
With “all-risk” protection, all accidental damage from a guest is covered unless specifically excluded such as, but not limited to, normal wear and tear, infestation, or prior damage.

House Rules:
- Routinely scheduled maintenance by Home Sweet Hudson team members or lawn care/snow plowing may happen during your stay. This also includes garbage pick up, linen pickup, hot tub service, and pool cleanings.
- Parking shall be allowed solely in the designated parking spaces
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.
- Weapons are strictly prohibited
- Please adhere to safety instructions for fireplaces, firepits, etc.
- Due to the risk of fire, please do not charge your electric car on the property.
- We do not allow parties or extra guests outside the maximum occupancy allowed on the reservation. We also ask you to follow the good neighbor guidelines and abide by quiet hours after 9 pm.
- Please do not trespass on property boundaries
- Tents, yurts, and other camping equipment are prohibited
- Please be sure to check them for ticks after spending any time outdoors (and be sure to check yourself as well).
- Please note, this property does have exterior cameras for safety and security. These are only located on the exterior of the property, never the interior, and will not be monitored during your stay unless an issue arises.

Summary: Loved our stay here. Style of the house was on point and loved all the live plants throughout. Layout was great for our group. House was clean, kitchen was pretty well stocked as far as rentals go. Beds were comfy and overall was a great experience. Property was stunning, I’m sure it’s even more impressive during the spring and fall when the trees have leaves. If we had any “criticisms” (it’s a suggestion really) for the host it would be to consider reorganizing the furniture layout to maximize the comfort mainly in the room with the fireplace!Helpful tip: We had a full group - make sure you plan your showers out - with one friend utilizing the beautiful freestanding master bath - it left us shower users without enough warm water (brrrr…especially during a winter trip!!).All in all though we would absolutely recommend this location to anyone and everyone! We hope to be back soon!
