Positive: Cosy, rustic with an attentive host. Unbeatable price, and a well-equipped kitchen.

Negative: Very loud at night with a howling dog just outside, a cockerel cawing most of the night and an old industrial refrigerator a meter from the bed. Shower is tricky to achieve temperature and wifi is intermittent.
