Positive: The staff was friendly and helpful. I liked the room overall. The room is clean. Quite spacious, with a nice view. Lift to the 13th floor. There's heating, air conditioning, a hairdryer, towels, a TV, an electric kettle, a gas stove, dishes, a washing machine, a glass table, a sofa, and a shower stall. Extra pillows and a blanket are in the closet. There's a king-size bed and a large balcony. Gas water heating was turned on separately upon arrival. Wi-Fi is available in the room.
Negative: The bedroom was stuffy, even with the windows open. And the spring mattress has already sagged in the middle. The pillows were a bit high for my taste and a bit worn. There were a lot of bugs on the balcony, trying to get into the room. But I don't know what to do about it other than install screens. The dark metal balcony frame also gets very hot in the sun—be careful, you could even get burned! Personally, I missed a shoe horn. The 13th floor is certainly a bit high for me personally, although the view wasn't bad. But whether there are good views on the lower floors is also questionable. Personally, I would have liked to see some easy-to-rinse cleaning supplies in the room, like a cloth for wiping the bathroom floor. The toilet leaked a little, but we didn't have time to worry about it. So we tried to only stay at the hotel for sleep and showers, if you know what I mean. I suppose they could have fixed it, but we're not in a hotel for that. We were more interested in seeing more of the city and experiencing the culture than in hotel details. Personally, I'd like to see similar apart hotels leave at least a couple of tea bags for the first day and a bar of laundry soap. But I don't insist on any of these statements; these are more my personal, subjective preferences.
