Positive: Beautiful Home. Large spacious rooms and big pool with lots of comfortable seating. Amazing kitchen

Negative: Fans in the bedrooms didn't work. Screens for the windows were gone or damaged so couldn't open windows on 90 degree heat. Windows really need cleaning
