Guests have full and exclusive use of the space during their stay. HOLT’s and Grand Miramar's housekeeping staff have access and will be on-site during daytime hours most days of the week to ensure high-quality service throughout your stay. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval.

The property is located in a private building complex with their own requirements for guests due to keeping all residents of the building safe. Guests need to provide an official ID of each guest at the time of check in.
All guests must sign a HOLT rental agreement, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive HOLT's Boarding Pass with check-in and property information. HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest in the reservation.
There are security cameras in the common areas to ensure the safety of all guests. There are no recording devices in private areas of the complex or the unit.

As much we love your furry friends, we cannot accommodate pets in our rooms. We cannot host guests arriving with pets.
For security reasons, kids are not allowed to use the infinity pool nor the jacuzzis.
Pool rules: Guests who do not follow the instructions to use the pools properly and damage it will be subject to a USD 500 fine. The rules are shown in the last photo of the listing and are present by the pools.
We do not issue invoices to any other entity but the person whose name is on the reservation.

Guests will check-in online prior to arrival to gain access to HOLT’s Boarding Pass, which gives guests entry to the resort and their residence, and all the information they need to make their trip an enjoyable one.
HOLT and Grand Miramar staff may enter rooms without guest approval to clean and maintain the rooms and property, as is standard procedure in all hotels.
