Located in Harvey Cedars in a residential area of single-family homes on LBI's exclusive north end, the home is conveniently close to Sunset Park and the local marina. Dolphin Watch features 4 bedrooms with a master and jr. master bedroom suite, each with its own private bath. There are two more lovely bedrooms and a full bath with tub on the lower level. The sun-drenched living room opens to a large deck through a wall of sliders and features an open ceiling, hardwood floors and a gas fireplace. The gourmet kitchen offers a large center island, granite countertops, and a full compliment of stainless steel upgraded appliances. A large dining room table seats eight comfortably for fine or casual dining and is accented by a beautiful bronze chandelier. The den with french doors provides a great space for kids or second living area, and opens to a large covered deck. The roof-top deck is conveniently accessible from the kitchen and living area by inside stairs to accommodate entertaining. Amenities include dual zone heating and air conditioning, wireless internet, four TVs and home theater.
