4 Bedroom House with Balcony, Internet and Kitchen
Perfect accommodation for hunting parties with fenced back yard. Lots of private land in the environs for every type of hunting from doves and pheasants to ducks and geese to deer. Fessenden is within driving distance of Devils Lake for fishing if you prefer. Also a great place if you're snowmobiling ing or for family events in the area. We have hosted stays for wedding parties, county fair, Thanksgiving or Christmas parties. Stays less than 4 days can be arranged for $50 extra per night.
Dogs are welcome and can be inside the garage with access to the yard.
Guests have access to the entire house.
If needed any guest can call my office in Jamestown and get contact info. We are in the office weekdays from 8-5. I do have some friends that help me manage the house and they can be available if needed.
It’s great living right across the street from a good pizza place. Bring some cash, they don’t take credit cards.
The house is close to 2 different highways that will lead to farmland accessible for hunting. Hunters are responsible for contacting the landowners and knowing the local laws.

Roll the garbage can to the curb on Wednesday night. Garbage pick up on Thursday morning.
On the day you check out, please strip the beds that have been used and put sheets and bedding next to the washing machine to be laundered.
Please make sure animal and human paws are clean when entering the house.
Make sure all blood and feathers are cleaned up prior to your departure and the cleaning table is put back by the north wall of the garage with the hose coiled beneath it.
