Summary: We stayed here as a family of four for six nights and had a lovely stay. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly Roberta and Claudia, who were incredibly helpful throughout our visit. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Our continental breakfast was delivered to our room each morning and was delicious. The room was spotless, and whenever we requested cleaning it was done to a really high standard. The air conditioning in each room was lovely and we had a huge balcony. The pool was an added bonus and was wonderfully quiet and peaceful. It was open from 8am–8pm each day, making it a lovely place to relax. The only area that could do with some maintenance is the pool itself, as quite a few of the tiles were coming away and some were sharp underfoot. The location was perfect for us. The train station is just a five-minute walk away, with trains taking around five minutes to Sorrento and stopping right in the heart of the town. There is also a local shop just two minutes away, with a larger supermarket and pharmacy around five minutes in the other direction. There is a small local park opposite, which was great for younger children, and the local harbour is beautiful. There is a lift down to the harbour for just €1 each, which was particularly useful in the heat. Overall, we have absolutely no complaints and really enjoyed our stay. We would happily return and would definitely recommend this hotel to other families visiting the area.
