The interior of our 75 m² flat on the ground floor leaves nothing to be desired. The flat has two bedrooms with double beds, ideal for 2-3 adults and 2-3 children, a bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and washbasin as well as a living room with kitchenette. Air conditioning, roof fans in all rooms and heating ensure comfort in all weathers. The extensive facilities also include two satellite TVs with international channels, free WLAN access around the clock, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and much more to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
Outside, a private and fully fenced garden of 580 m² awaits you, lovingly landscaped with palm trees, olive trees, magnolias and other plants. Two wide, covered terraces with a dining and barbecue area as well as a solarium area invite you to spend relaxing hours outdoors. In this garden paradise, you can relax on the sun loungers provided under the parasol or enjoy a refreshing outdoor shower.
The area surrounding our holiday flat offers a variety of things to discover. The village centre of Colá with supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants is just a few minutes' walk away. The well-known amusement parks Gardaland, Caneva Aquapark and Movieland are also in the immediate vicinity.
