Summary: We are Zimbabweans born and bred now living abroad and are used to the bush. We liked the unique setting at the pan. The sign on the main road reads ' For an unforgettable experience'. Unfortunately for us it was for all the wrong reasons. Burst water pipe in the middle of the night flooding upstairs and downstairs.After shoddy repair it was worse than before.The fan was not working, often no electricity, kettle with a square plug not fitting the round socket in the wall. The whole site badly needs refurbishing. The staff did their very best to try and make us comfortable.Overall we had a bad experience and we would not recommend this accommodation to anybody. There is much better accommodation close by that is better value for money.
