Summary: The apartment is easy to find, thanks to the clear map sent in advance. It's only 20 minutes from Nimes/Garons airport! The studio apartment is located on the ground floor, so one window looks out onto the street, the other opens out onto a courtyard garden. Despite being right in the heart of the old town of Beaucaire (which in itself is charming), it is actually really quiet! The facilities included a kitchen/dining area, complete with hob, microwave, pots and pans, etc. The shower room was compact, though perfectly functional. A TV with Fransat receiver is located in the living/sleeping area. In the communal area, a washing machine is provided with drying racks. It is really nice to sit out in the courtyard garden and relax, occasionally meeting other residents (a total of two flats above, and a further studio next door. The hosts are friendly, accommodating, and make you feel very welcome. So why only 4/5? I hadn't realised that the sleeping arrangements were on a sofa bed, which needs to be made up each day after a busy day sightseeing which was a bit of a pain. I would also have liked a small cooling fan just to ease the temperature at night time. Otherwise, I wouldn't hesitate to stay either in Beaucaire nor here, in the property run by Jean-François and Philippe who have a fantastic set of apartments at your disposition!
