In addition to the kitchen table with 04 stools, we provide 02 tables, 8 chairs, 04 stools and another table in the gourmet area;
On the third floor we have a gazebo with gourmet area that has a barbecue, a sink with bench and a large table. From here you can see Jacumã and Carapibus beach.
NO POOL, BUT THE HOUSE IS LOCATED LESS THAN 100 METERS FROM THE SEA, JUST WALK 1 BLOCK AND YOU'LL ALREADY GET TO THE BEACH AREA.
