There is plenty of storage space and cupboards. The apartment has central heating and air-conditioning in every room. It is child friendly with a highchair and a cot available. The kitchen is fully equipped. You have at your disposal a terrace of 20m2, directly accessible from the living room, perfect for private sunbathing or a romantic or family evening, with a privileged view of the Mediterranean sea. You have at your disposal a spacious private garden with a playground, a sports field and a large swimming pool and paddling pool. You have your own indoor private parking space although the beach is just 50 meters away!
This apartment is our second home and is not the typical holiday apartment dedicated to the rental business with furniture and equipment of poor quality.
