Positive: Location was good The garden was secure for your pets It had been decorated for Christmas There were some welcome gifts such as Cornish tea Cornish ground coffee, Cornish ginger biscuits, milk in the fridge and apple juice and mince pies
Negative: It was very cold when we arrived and took a long time to warm up, but the weather was really cold The television needs to be replaced due to a very slow response, very dated ! batteries in the tv remote we had to replace ourselves. In general, the place was very tired and needed attention, kitchen doors chipped damaged, frying pans pretty much useless crockery very worn The cleanliness was not up to scratch behind the TV was a couple of years of grime the only reason I noticed this because it was on a pull out bracket I wasn’t going looking for dirt! The cushions on the sofas were dirty The pillow protectors need to be cleaned regularly The shower in the Twin bedroom was Electric and it ran freezing cold boiling hot. I was unable to use it. I would’ve expected Shampoo ,body wash and conditioner in the bathrooms. One hairdryer in the entire cottage.
Summary: We booked for four days and only Stayed for three
