The Space:
This home marries the best of indoor living with beautifully landscaped outdoor living areas. Off the kitchen you’ll find an amazing deck with a dining table and cozy conversational seating. The entire outdoor area is fully fenced, making it easy to let your dog enjoy the huge yard. Furnished for grilling and outdoor dining and lounging out.
Just off the deck there is a brand new, large hot tub with clear views of countless stars. From the deck area, there is a charming walkway that leads to a secluded inground fire pit area with Adirondack chairs. At night, the pathway glows with string lights which create a beautiful ambiance on your way to the fire. On clear nights the sky is speckled with bright stars (we’ve even seen shooting stars!).
The in-ground pool area is decorated with gorgeous outdoor furniture to provide the perfect place to soak in the rays on hot summer days. Past the pool, you’ll pass through gardens and be led down into the pickle-ball court. If you haven’t played, we have linked directions in our digital guidebook. For pickle-ball lovers, imagine having your own court for your entire stay!
(Please note, the pool is heated but it is very large and uncovered. This means in April, May, and early June, because the night temperature is low, even with the pool heater on it will still be brisk. Depending on the weather, the pool may even be too chilly for comfortable swimming in early summer months - make the best of it and do a cold plunge! ) Pool is available Memorial Day to Labor Day only.
To the left of the pool area, there is an extra cozy sitting area with hammocks near the pool barn. Grab a book and listen to the sounds of the HV as you unwind in the backyard.
Main Level:
Spacious and large open-concept kitchen/living room/dining room. High-end appliances, large counter space, smart TV, skylights, lounging area, and bar station.
Kitchen:
The chefs kitchen is truly the heart of the home. With massive vaulted ceilings, high-end appliances and large windows throughout it’s a great area to come together for meals and coffee in the morning. If you share a passion for cooking, you will love to prepare your favorite dishes here. There is a long island that is the center of the kitchen, giving you plenty of space to get creative. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, cutlery, propane stove and a professional refrigerator to give you plenty of materials to bring your gourmet meals to life.
Living Room:
The main level is open concept and the kitchen, living room, and dining room flow seamlessly together. The Living room has a large comfortable sofa, Smart TV and propane fireplace for chilly nights.
Sun Room:
As you walk through the dining room, doors open up to a quaint sunroom to enjoy. You’ll have views of the beautiful backyard, providing a tranquil sitting area for reading or relaxing.
Bedrooms (2nd Floor):
Bedroom #1 - King sized bed, blackout curtains on all 3 of the windows, nightstands on both sides of the bed, ceiling fan, 2 closets with shelving and hangers, luggage rack available.
Bedroom #2 - Queen sized bed, great kids room. Blackout curtain on both of the windows, nightstand on one side of the bed, ceiling fan, 1 closet with shelving and hangers.
Bedroom #3 - Queen-sized bed, blackout curtain on one large window, nightstand on one side of the bed, ceiling fan, 1 closet with shelving and hangers
Bedroom #4 - King-sized bed with Bathroom, blackout curtains on every window, nightstands on both sides of the bed, ceiling fan, 3 large closets with hangers, dresser, and primary bathroom attached to the room.
Downstairs:
A whole oasis retreats below the main living area! Completely furnished with 2 bedrooms, living room, full bathroom, gym area, arcade and massage chair room. (Yes! A room just for a massage chair.) The zero gravity massage chair is a real treat after your pickleball games or workouts. The arcade includes foosball, big buck hunter and pac man. The gym area includes an elliptical and treadmill.
This level is great for an entire family as it has one room with a queen bed, and the one adjacent has 2 twin beds.
Bathrooms:
There is a half bath located on the main floor, next to the kitchen and a laundry/ storage area for your things.
On the 2nd floor between the bedrooms, there is a shared full bathroom with gorgeous tile. The downstairs bedrooms share a full bath. The primary bedroom and in-law suite also have full bathrooms. We provide Public Goods Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Soap in all of the bathrooms.
In-Law Suite:
This space has its own private entrance attached to the main house living space. The In-Law suite offers a full kitchen, full bathroom, living room with Smart TV and two bedrooms. One full-sized bed and one king-sized bed.
Outdoors you have a large pool, Pickleball court, hot tub, adjustable height basketball hoop, swing set, bluestone fire pit, hammock garden and propane grill for comfortable outdoor dining under the stars or under the large custom umbrella on the deck! The fenced-in backyard of roughly an acre is wonderful for playing games or throwing balls for a canine companion and offers complete privacy!
Other House amenities include a Sonos sound system indoors, 3-zone HVAC, a backup generator, fast WiFi which extends to the pool, and a newly renovated chef’s kitchen in the main house with modern appliances galore!

Guest Access:
We will provide guests with a code to access the home via a smart lock.
The Neighborhood:
Upon check-in, all guests will receive access to the Fox Hill portal that provides a neighborhood guide with recommendations on things to do and places to see.
Other Things to Note:
Guests can access the entire property except for the Red Barn. The Red Barn is off limits.
Interaction with Guests:
We will be available 24/7 to make sure your stay is perfect. This includes before, during, and after your stay.
