Summary: Room was full of bugs we found out they were termites 😡 I asked to be move to another room . They ignored me and said the maid would clean the room. I had to wait a good hour to get our room clean I had reservations at a restaurant which I was late. I’ve stayed at this property many times before because I love the location but the property is falling apart. BTW both pools were closed😡
