Summary: Very poor communication from the staff. Upon arrival, the receptionist did not greet me, he simply said 'ID', to which I replied: 'Good morning, are you asking for my passport?' His response was just: 'ID.' When entering and leaving the hotel, I greeted whoever was at reception, but I never received a reply. One morning I said 'Good morning' three times to the person at reception, until he finally lifted his head and answered with an 'Ah'. As for the hotel, it is an old one, with several shortcomings in the room (a water kettle with no outlet nearby—I had to plug it in the bathroom, some cracks in the walls). The room was quite spacious, as was the bathroom.
