Positive: The space was huge and very clean. Facilities included a kitchenette, washing machine and dryer. It was within walking distance of a shopping mall with Safeway, a food court and other restaurants.
Negative: There's no natural lighting in a basement flat and one is unaware of the weather outside.. As a minor quibble, the bathroom door should have a lock.
