Great 1-bedr. flat for holidays in Praia da Rocha, with sea and beach views, in a private condominium with swimming pool, fully furnished, equipped and newly decorated, just 50 metres from the sandy beach.
Property comprises: bedroom with 2 single beds, living room with kitchenette, 1 sofa bed, air conditioning in the living room and bedroom (hot and cold), bathroom, cable TV and WI-FI, balcony with table, chairs and sun lounger, to enjoy your holiday.
Within walking distance of the flat there are bars, discos, restaurants, shopping areas, etc.
A security deposit of EUR 400 is required on arrival. The deposit will be collected as a cash payment, Revolut or bank transfer in advance. The refund must be made within 3 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by bank transfer after an inspection of the accommodation.
