Travel Purpose: business
Positive: Very good service on the 15/9 wen above and beyond to help me with the broken temperature controller in my room. Helped me fix it 🙂
Negative: First night was cold and drafty. Temperature controller was not working. Told the staff in the morning. Got a text that it should work. Alas it wasn’t checked and wasn’t working when I got back in the evening. But everything was solved by the evening portier.
Summary: Good and bad. Very good service made up for the bad parts.
