Positive: The location is exactly what we wanted. Quiet and serene. Utterly beautiful views.
Negative: There was initially a communication issue with the booking, (probably not Fire Mountain staff’s fault) but once resolved Fire Mountain staff were very communicative and warm. They addressed every question I had and we felt well taken care of.
Summary: A perfect mountain escape!
