Positive: The location of this property is fantastic! It's a few steps from Covent Garden and 5 minutes from Seven Dials Market. The room had great A/C and a nice, clean bathroom! The beds were comfortable! Overall, we were pleased with the entire stay!
Negative: The room itself was a bit dated. The carpet had a huge section cut out of and then a new piece just placed in, so it just looked old and dirty and made the room appear like a terrible investment for what we paid to be there. The TVs were quite small and only accessed a few channels. The bathroom could really use a larger mirror as I am only 5' tall and literally could only see myself from the nose up in the bathroom mirror. I had to use the mirror on the back of the wardrobe door to get ready every day. Also, there is no elevator, and the stairs are steep and pitched, so if you have any mobility issues, this is not the place for you!
Summary: Fantastic location with a lovely, historical hotel!
