Die großzügige, helle und komplett renovierte 3 1⁄2 Zimmer FERIENWOHNUNG (ca. 82 qm) ist optimal für 1-2 Personen (3. Person auf Anfrage). Die Erdgeschosswohnung mit separatem Eingang, liegt ebenerdig, umgeben von einem großen Garten. Die Wohnung ist ideal für aktive Urlauber, Ruhesuchende und Geschäftsreisende. Für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt bieten wir Ihnen Auszeit Extras und Auszeit Spezials an, die Sie zusätzlich, teilweise gegen Gebühr buchen können. Die neu renovierte 3 1/2 Zimmer Erdgeschosswohnung ist großzügig und hell (ca.82 qm) und liegt ebenerdig im EG des Haupthauses. Die Wohnung ist umgeben von einem großen gepflegten Garten mit Spiel- und Liegewiese. Im April 2019 wurde die komplette Terrasse neu gestaltet und erweitert. Die gesamte Einrichtung ist hochwertig und alle Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet. Durch einen separaten Eingang erreichen Sie die geräumige Diele mit Kaminofen und Flur sowie den separaten Abstellraum und Gäste-WC. Das helle geräumige Wohnzimmer mit gemütlicher Ledergarnitur, Auszeit-Lesesessel, Flachbildschirm-TV, DVD- und CD Plyer hat einen direkten Zugang zum Garten. Eine moderne komplett ausgestattete Küche mit Eckbank, Geschirrspüler, Kaffemaschine, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Geschirrtücher bietet jeglichen Komfort - wie Zuhause. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Doppelbett ( das Bett ist in 2 Einzelbetten teilbar) mit Gesundheitsmatratzen und Kommode mit Stauraum und einer zusätzlichen Sitzmöglichkeit. Ein wunderschönes Badezimmer mit Wanne und separater Dusche/WC sind vorhanden. Eine ruhige Terrasse unter dem Balkon mit Markise als auch entsprechendem Mobiliar laden zum Entspannen ein. Der große Garten und die Liegewiese können selbstverständlich mitgenutzt werden. Ein neuer Holzkohlengrill, eine Feuerschale, gemütliche Stühle und Liegen, Decken und Kerzenlichter können frei benutzt werden. Es gibt genügend Holzvorräte zur freien Verfügung. Die Belegung einer 3. Person ist auf Anfrage (zzgl. 15 EUR pro Nacht) in einem separaten Raum machbar. Hunde nur nach persönlicher Absprache möglich.
