Positive: The place's location is great for visiting the city center. museums and the big park Retiro are very close in walking distance and there are a lot of bars restaurants and coffee places around the neighbourhood too. Also was clean and comfortable. Alicia was very supportive and helped us even extra. Overall we had a great time for 3 nights there.
Negative: Its true the windows and door is to the street so it can be some noise but the walk side and street are very narrow so the traffic is not fast and noisy and not more than normal amount of people walking outside so is not a problem. They have AC but unfortunately in a hot day it can feel like you may need a fan too, but only if is too hot outside and if you are planning to travel during hot season. Overall was not a big issue
