The approx. 65 square metre, centrally heated apartment (one complete half of the house) extends over two floors and is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture, dining area, TV, radio), 2 bedrooms via a staircase (1x double bed, 1x double bed.) bed and guest bed), a kitchen (renovated in 2020, electric cooker with oven, fridge, microwave, various small kitchen appliances) and two bathrooms (ground floor: shower/WC, upper floor: bathtub/WC). There is also a furnished terrace, a barbecue, a car park, a children's playground (for all guests) and a washing machine on request (for a fee).
Final cleaning is included in the total price; please bring your own bed linen and towels. To be paid on site: Energy and water according to consumption. A small dog up to 40 cm is allowed in this accommodation.
